For our first meet and greet, we would like you to bring pictures and rough measurements of your space including some inspirational photos from Houzz, Pinterest, or simply a magazine. This will give us an understanding of your style and help with the preliminary designs. During the showroom visit, we will present our products ranging from Stock cabinets, semi-custom, and custom. We will explain the difference between each and show you the cabinet that is the best fit for your project goals and budget. It is important to have a kitchen remodeling budget in mind for your project so we can engineer, plan, and design within that budget.
Measure, Inspect, Inform

After our initial meeting, we schedule a visit to your home to take detailed measurements of your space for renovations and the surrounding rooms. We will discuss your appliances such as wall ovens, under cabinet refrigerator drawers, under cabinet microwaves, preferred fridge size, etc. We discuss the size of your family and how many people will be eating in your kitchen at a time. During this visit, we are putting ourselves in your shoes to learn the needs of your family.
For customers with extensive kitchen remodels requiring wall removals, additions etc. a project manager will join the designer for the assessment. They will inspect the complexity of the project, while taking note of specific requirements to accomplish the renovation on time, and on budget. We go into as much detail as possible during this phase because we want to outline the needs of the project early in the design phase. If our preliminary estimate exceeds the desired budget, then we start to discuss what other options there are to keep you in your budgeted range.
This phase of the project is essential for narrowing down wish lists vs. budgets and making sure we nail our designs to something you love in a price range that works for you.

Now is the time to start designing your kitchen! This phase consists of creating a floor plan/as-builts. We review the as-builts for layout changes (removing walls, closets, etc.) to transform your space in ways you may have not thought possible. We then create our preliminary designs based on your wish list as discussed in our previous meetings. Next, we create a presentation with our 3D rendering software, and then schedule our ‘preliminary design meeting’ of the kitchen remodel process.

After you choose your appliances, we incorporate them into the layout, making any changes necessary to receive those appliances. We also make the changes discussed in our prior meeting at this time. We review the changes based on our previous meeting to ensure it's exactly right. This meeting gives another chance to tweak the layout of cabinetry before moving onto the selection phase of the kitchen remodeling process.

This is when we solidify all the materials for your cabinetry project. This includes door styles, crown moldings, colors, countertops, glass options for doors, and hardware. During this meeting we note every detail and enter them into a specification section of the final contract. For selections like backsplash tile, new flooring, plumbing, and light fixtures an allowance will be carried in the contract and a separate meeting will be held for their selections.

Once we have all the designs, material selections, and a signed contract we schedule your project! We sometimes bring our subcontractors out to familiarize them with the remodel and prepare for any challenging mechanical changes. Once in the commitment phase, we will specify a start date and build a project schedule based on your project. The typical kitchen and bathroom remodel will take about 8 weeks.
*For Bathrooms, this process layout is very similar with a larger focus on tile, countertops, plumbing, and electrical fixtures.
*For New Construction Customers, our process is also very similar but will vary in measuring steps and the scope of work.
